Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. To checkout faster, access your wishlist and order updates, we recommend setting up a Avrà MILANO account.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

Can I place an order over the email?
